Our Refund Policy

At Pulse Branding Co., we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, creative resources, and brand-building services. Because of the nature of digital delivery and the custom work involved in live sessions, all sales are final and non-refundable except as specifically stated below.
Digital Products + Templates (Solutions Shop and Skool)
All instant-delivery digital products—including but not limited to branding kits, templates, workbooks, stock photos, presets, guides, and downloadable freebies—are delivered immediately upon purchase.
Because these items cannot be returned, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue with a file, contact support@pulsebrandingco.com and we will gladly assist with replacement or troubleshooting.
Courses + Digital Programs (including Skool-hosted offers)
All purchases of courses, digital programs, or future memberships—such as The Pulse Branding Blueprints, The Psychology of Branding, or any Skool-hosted mini-courses or workshops—are final and non-refundable once purchased or accessed, unless a specific money-back guarantee is clearly stated on the individual sales page.
1:1 Sessions and Labs (Brand Boost + Brand Accelerator)
Because these services involve personalized preparation, the following policy applies:
48+ hours before your appointment → reschedule or cancel for a full refund or no-fee change.
Inside 48 hours → late-change fee applies and only a 50% refund is issued if canceling.
Brand Boost 1:1 → $25 reschedule fee, 50% refund if canceled.
Brand Accelerator Lab → $100 reschedule fee, 50% refund if canceled.
No-shows → no refunds or credits.
One reschedule per booking → additional changes require a new booking and fee.
Late-change fees must be paid within 24 hours to secure the new appointment.
Exceptions
We understand that unexpected emergencies may occur. If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, email support@pulsebrandingco.com within 7 days of purchase. Any refund beyond the terms above is granted solely at the discretion of Pulse Branding Co.
Chargebacks + Disputes
Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase will immediately revoke access to all products, programs, and services until the dispute is resolved. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@pulsebrandingco.com before opening a dispute so we can help resolve the issue.
